Sau Tao Egg Noodles are a non-fried egg noodle. These traditional egg noodles are made of wheat flour, egg extract, tapioca starch and sugar. These noodles have been voted as the best egg noodles of 2020. It is believed egg noodles originated in China, between 25 and 200 AD, and in 2005 at the Lajia site in Qinghai, China, the oldest known strip of egg noodle was discovered.

1. Boil 4 cups of water in a sauce pan.
2. Put noodles into boiling water, cook for about 2 minutes and stir it well.
3. Drain noodles. Ready to serve.

Noodles in soup:
Add with soup base and other ingredients as preferred, ready to serve

Noodles for stir-frying:
Stir-fry the noodles along with other ingredients as preferred, ready to serve
