In 1924 the history of the nougat of the Quaranta family began in Caravaggio, the city of the famous painter Michelangelo Merisi, known as Caravaggio. A century of tradition and dedication. The founder, Antonio Quaranta, with his wife Alzira dedicated himself to the artisan production of nougat and other sweets typical of the Cremonese and Bergamasca confectionery tradition including cotton candy, crunchy and the special nougat with carob honey.
