Nandos takes their peri-peri sauce and adds it to mayonnaise to create a tangy and spicy mayo. This perinaise has a medium heat level that still brings the spice but it soothed by the mayo and allows for more of the underlying flavors in the sauce to come forth. Use this mayo to give sandwiches and salads a kick!
