Mutti tomato vinegar is a flavorful condiment made of 100% tomatoes. It’s got a lower acidity, rich taste, and an aroma reminiscent of sundried tomatoes. Processed naturally, this vinegar manages to preserve all the authentic flavors of classic Italian tomatoes.
Like any other vinegar, tomato vinegar is traditionally made by first fermenting tomato juice with cultured yeast and then letting it age and mature in order to develop a well-rounded flavor profile.
