Molino Grassi Andina type 1 flour is finer than typical type 2 flour. However, it’s less refined than 0 and 00 flour types. While 00 and 0 flour are the best for the long fermentation process to achieve an elastic texture, coarser grinds like type 1 and 2 flour have perfect bread-making properties, ideal for Focaccia, Pullman loaf, brioche, or sponge cakes.
