Curry masala for butter chicken is an Indian spice mix that makes cooking one's own butter chicken at home easy and effortless. Containing a mix of spices like coriander, turmeric, nutmeg, and ginger MDH's masala seasoning offers any home cook a strong base that can be used to create dishes sure to impress. Founded in the 1950s by three Punjabi restaurateurs, butter chicken has become one of the most popular and easily recognizable Indian dishes across the world. Pairing well with naan, roti, or rice, use this spice blend to make butter chicken with deep, rich flavor.

To make butter chicken:
1. Cut 18 oz. of chicken into pieces and make a paste of 3.5 oz. of onions and 4.2 oz. of tomatoes
2. Blanch, peel and grind 10 almonds into a fine paste adding water (can be switched with cashew nuts or .7 oz. of poppy seeds)
3. In a flat pan heat 1.7 oz. of oil and cook chicken pieces and onion paste till translucent for 10 min.
4. Add tomatoes, almond paste, and about 1  tbsp of butter chicken masala. add water.
5. Cook for 15 min. and serve with 1 tsp. cream drizzled over top.MDH's blended spices are a class apart.
