Maggi noodles are the popular spiced dry instant noodle of southeast Asia. In these areas, the brand Maggi is pretty much associated with the flavored, spiced instant noodles, rather than the seasonings that Europeans may be familiar with! A dry noodle, Maggi 2 minute noodles are easily prepared in 2 minutes! It features a spice packet that contains the most delicious blend of spices, or masala. The winter crop of coriander is harvested and then sun dried before separating the leaves and the whole seeds. The seeds are cleaned and inspected before reaching the partner facility. These are then part roasted, ground, and blended to make the masala flavor packet - tastemaker. The underground crop of turmeric is harvested in the first half of the year. The turmeric fingers are then boiled, dried and cleaned before reaching the partner facility.

Only 2 minutes to great taste

1. Break the noodle cake into four parts
2. Add the noodle cake and contents of the tastemaker (spice mix packet) to a pan of 7 fl oz ( a little less than 1 cup of boiling water
3. Cook for 2 minutes in an open pan. Stir occasionally. Do not drain remaining water. Serve and enjoy!
