Not as strong as western apple cider vinegar, Otafuku's Japanese apple cider vinegar is made of premium apples. Used commonly in dressings and sauces, the milder flavor allows for it to double as an apple cider vinegar drink to provide consumers with health benefits and great taste. Use this apple cider vinegar as part of dressings, marinades, or on its own as a beverage. Use this Japanese seasoning vinegar to marinate and dress vegetables, or as part of dressings and sauces.In 1922, one young man began selling Japanese sake and soy sauce at a small store by the name of 'Sasaki Shouten'. That young man was the founder of Otafuku. In 1938, Sasaki began to develop 'koji' (a kind of rice malt) and began to make his own recipe for vinegar. He hoped that the vinegar he produced would bring a smile to everyone's face. This was the birth of 'Otafuku Vinegar.' With the longstanding goal of bringing joy to everyone, Otafuku produces apple cider vinegar, or Japanese apple cider vinegar made from premium Japanese apples!
