Tagliolini pasta is a ribbon pasta similar to tagliatelle but much thinner like spaghetti. Taglioni is an egg pasta and is long and flat so that sauces coat the noodles well. The egg pasta is made with only semolina flour, fresh eggs still broken by hand, and although comes dried has a delicious taste and texture that are signs of its authenticity as a pasta made in Italy.
Taglioni is a traditional type of egg pasta from the Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions of Italy.
To cook tagliolini pasta:
1. Prepare 5L of water in a pot
2. Add salt when water boils (10g for every 1L of water)
3. Add the pasta, mixing gently
4. Leave to cook for times indicated on the box
5. Put the sauce into plate and then add pasta
6. Add more sauce, fluff with forks and then serve
