Dolcezze di Nanni literally means nanny’s sweet pastries. Inspired by his grandmother's baking, in 1932 Giovanni Fraccaro opened the Fraccaro Spumadoro bakery within the medieval walls of Castelfranco near Venice with his wife Floriana. Today this Italian bakery company continues to make homemade artisan sweet pastries using natural ingredients.
