Produced in France's Basque region, p'tit basque is a 100% sheep's milk cheese. The cheese itself is semi-hard but has a creaminess to it unlike most other semi-hard cheeses. Matching it's creamy texture p'tit basque has a smooth, sweet and nutty flavor created from using sheep's milk. With its texture and taste p'tit basque is at its best alongside jams, fruits, and cured meats.
