Made 100% from mushrooms cultivated in Taiwan, combined with high-quality "non-genetically modified" soy protein, and blended with natural rock salt, this sauce brings natural flavor and rich texture. Starting off with the famous Okayama Douban Sauce, it has successfully developed a variety of seasoning sauces and side dishes, and further refined their fermentation and pickling technology.
