Product Description

SKU: SK-130

Lingonberry Jam is Sweden’s one of the most beloved jams traditionally, and we have the chance to get a taste of this Scandinavian staple thanks to Felix. This 410-gram jar is made up of 48% lingonberries, which are also known as wild cranberries. Prepared with no GMOs, this jam carries incomparably sweet and naturally fruity flavors.

Taste this Swedish jam when spread on some warm toast, pancakes, or waffles. You can also mix some with yogurt and freshly cut fruit or porridge for a delicious breakfast. Why not try diluting some with red wine and pouring some over pork, lamb, or chicken before cooking in the oven.

Felix’s history goes all the way back to the Scandinavian countryside in the early 1870s. A man called Eslov started a small vinegar-factory so that the locals could make pickles of their homegrown vegetables. Later this company would offer us a wide range of not only vinegar and jams but ketchup, potato fries, ready-to-eat meals and much more!

  • Facts: 14.5 oz. Product of Sweden.
  • Ingredients: Lingonberries (48%), Sugar, Water and Fruit pectin.
