Product Description

SKU IN-232

Everest meat masala is a pepper, coriander, chilli based blend that imparts a dark tan and a hot taste to non-vegetarian dishes, especially meat. Since Indians love their meat really spiced up, a fair amount of flavoring spices lend this blend an aromatic chorus. This masala spice blend can be used to make any gravy accompanying dark meat.
For mouthwatering mutton curry,

  1. Marinate clean and cut pieces of 500gm mutton for 2 hours in a mixture of 2 onions ground to a fine paste, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 4 tbsp strained curd and salt.
  2. Heat 4 tbsp oil and fry 2 sliced onions until crisp. Add marinated meat and 3 tsp Everest Meat Masala. Stir for 5 mins. Add 2 cups water. Pressure cook for 10 minutes. Remove from fire.
  3. Serve warm with rice or bread (roti/naan).

Everest Masala is India's largest selling spice brand offering more than 45 masala variants in the form both pure and blends.
