To make a delicious Cream Cheese Torte: 1) grease an 11-inch pan. Preheat oven to 300F. 2) In a mixing bowl, blend the cake mix, 3.5 oz. butter and 3 eggs using a hand mixer on high for about 3 minutes. 3) Pour dough into cake pan and spread evenly. Place cake pan in oven and bake for 30 minutes. 4) After baking, loosen cake out of pan and place on a cooling rack. Cut cake horizontally for 2 layers. 5) Place cake ring around the bottom layer and cut the upper layer into slices. Whisk the whipping cream. 6) Then, mix water and mixture for the filling. Beat until smooth while adding the cheese. 7) In a mixing bowl add mix for cake bottom, 2 oz. butter and 1 egg. 8) Whiles using a hand mixer, blend until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and pour mixture on the bottom cake layer. 9) Place cake slices on top and press gently. Cool cake in fridge for 2 hours. Remove cake ring carefully using a knife. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
