Ming Teh Chili Pepper Paste is a red hot chili pepper paste made from Taiwanese chilis. Picked from fresh red peppers of Jianan Plain, washed, crushed, salted, and brewed for more than 6 months, it retains the original flavor of red peppers. The spiciness is moderate but mild and smooth. If you love spicy food, this condiment is for you! Use this chili paste in addition to other condiments like soy sauces, braises, dips, and dishes such as noodles, stir-fry, fried rice, noodles, lamb, etc. Suitable for Chinese cuisine and Southeast Asian cuisine. Ming Teh Food company has been around for more than sixty years. Starting off with the famous Okayama Douban Sauce, it has successfully developed a variety of seasoning sauces and side dishes, and further refined their fermentation and pickling technology. The factory is located beside the beautiful Dagang Mountain and their vast brewing and drying fields are blessed by the strong sun in southern Taiwan. They are now best known for their doubanjians, fermented bean pastes, broad bean pastes, and other condiments.
