Ming Teh Pure Chili Pepper in Oil is powdered red chili, capsicum, in oil. The oil is red from the chilies, and can be used to add a spicy kick to any of your dishes. The heat master at Ming Teh selects the chili powder and pepper, and controls the spicy flavors cooked by the precise heat to produce this condiment. You may use this condiment on cold seasonings and various appetizers such as lo mein, noodles, red oil shou, red oil chicken nuggets, etc. Ming Teh Food company has been around for more than sixty years. Starting off with the famous Okayama Douban Sauce, it has successfully developed a variety of seasoning sauces and side dishes, and further refined their fermentation and pickling technology. The factory is located beside the beautiful Dagang Mountain and their vast brewing and drying fields are blessed by the strong sun in southern Taiwan. They are now best known for their doubanjians, fermented bean pastes, broad bean pastes, and other condiments.
