Porcini mushrooms are a delicious and luxurious ingredient! To use, reconstitute the mushrooms in hot water for 10 minutes, discarding the water then repeating. Once finished, the mushrooms are ready! One of our favorite ways to use these is to make a tasty mushroom cream sauce! To make, add mushrooms to sautéed onions, carrots, tomato puree with salt.
