Badshah curry masala is a spice mix for Indian curry. Experience a unique blend of the traditional ground spices with the Badshah Curry Powder. It adds a sensational flavour to your food and a lingering aroma to your mind, keeping the purity of all the ground spices intact. This authentic blend is simply indispensable for your kitchen.

For creamy curried mushrooms:

  1. In a wide pan add 4 tsp of oil and heat
  2. Add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and 4 green chillies slit lengthwise and saute
  3. Add 200 grams of sliced mushrooms and sir-fry on high heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add 2 tbsp Badshah curry powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp Badshah black pepper powder and 450mL of coconut milk. Stir for 8 minutes.
  5. Take off heat, add and stir 3 tbsp of lemon juice and garnish with 2-3 tsp of coriander chopped finely. serve steaming hot in soup bowls. You may add small boneless chicken/mutton pieces that have been boiled earlier with the mushrooms if you prefer a non vegetarian starter.
