Coconut Nata Jelly is a jelly made from the coconut plant. They are sweet, oftentimes opaque and white, and chewy. Popular for their mild yet refreshing taste, you can find coconut or nata jelly in fruit jelly cups, as a topping in boba or milk tea drinks, and as a dessert! Gelatin desserts date back to the 18th century and the first industrial production was in 1818. Over the years, jellies have been developed and now come in many flavors and shapes, anything from jelly cups to boba toppings.
