AGV Korean style kimchi is fermented cabbage in gochugaru flakes or red pepper flakes. Although a Taiwanese brand, they made kimchi in the Korean way, fermenting salted cabbage, rubbing it with red pepper flakes, and letting it ferment until it achieves a sour taste.
