This is Rebecca, and I am one of the cofounders here at Yummy Bazaar. I hope this email finds you and your loved ones well and healthy.

I'm reaching out to let you know what we’re doing at YB. Beyond simply monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we are taking active measures to put the health and safety of our customers and employees first.

Maintaining a clean and safe workplace is our top priority at all times. Some of the measures we’re taking include routine disinfection of our fulfillment center and office, ready availability of cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer dispensers at every working station, and partnering with a professional cleaning service.

Supply is becoming limited, and our costs unfortunately have gone up meaningfully. Our team is working tirelessly with our brands and suppliers to replenish the products as quickly as possible. However, with demand surging beyond anyone's expectations, we do anticipate certain products to sell out faster than usual, and some to become unavailable. Due to high demand, we are temporarily not accepting bulk purchases on certain products. This step helps ensure that as many of our customers as possible have access to these products.

We’re working around the clock to ship out your order as fast as possible. However, with the increase in demand for many items we carry, we’re experiencing delays in our order processing times.
