Return policy

Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. That’s right, we actually want you to be happy! And even though we work closely with our partners to carefully vet each and every one of our items, we understand that sometimes, you just might not be satisfied. It happens. And it’s totally cool with us! Just return the product in the same condition you received it in within 30 days of the sale date, and we’ll be more than happy to issue you a full refund. Of course, this means unused. If you opened the package, it’s considered used. If you touched the food just to see how it feels, still used. If you got hungry and took a little bite, definitely still used. If your dog took a little bite, most definitely still used. And if your dog, your cat, your pack of wild wolves and your cage of indigenous tigers took a little bite, well, there’s probably nothing left, so it’s most probably still used. Please note, if you order more than one unit of the same product and open one of the units, we cannot accept return for the similar unopened units. 

As for how long it takes to receive that refund, we’re usually pretty quick and process credits and returns within roughly 7-10 days of receipt. Just contact us at hello@yummybazaar.com and we’ll provide you with simple return instructions. (Complicated instructions available upon request.)

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept return for perishable items. 

How does shipping work?

Well, usually an item is checked, double-checked, packed up and placed in a box. Then that box is taped, slapped with a label and sent off to a destination. More often than not, you have to pay for this. But here at Yummy Bazaar, we believe that free shipping makes people happy, so we offer free ground shipping throughout the continental United States as long as you make a purchase of $69 or more (Yay!). For order less than $69, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.95 for ground shipping.

Free shipping and the flat rate $5.95 ground shipping exclude Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories. Not that we have anything against these areas. In fact, we love them! Unfortunately, not everyone feels the same way. We presently do not ship to international destinations.

Where do you ship?

Everywhere in the good ol’ US of A, including Alaska, Hawaii, the US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. 

At this time, we unfortunately don’t ship internationally. But be sure to check back soon as we plan on shipping worldwide at some point in the not too distant future. Cue 2001: A Space Odyssey theme song.

What carriers do you use?

FedEx, USPS, UPS, and, on rare occasions, pigeons.

How to check the status of my order?

As soon as your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the necessary info you need. If you’d like to check further on your order, just email us and we’ll be happy to give you an update, tell you a joke, send you a funny clip of cats doing funny things, etc.

Can I suggest a product?

Yes, we love suggestions! And biscuits. We really love biscuits. But yes, suggestions. If you have one, we’re all ears. If you have many, we’re even more ears! After all, we’re here to bring you the foods and snacks you love, and that means getting your input when it comes to which products to carry.
