Plum Vinegar with Taiwanese sugar is a fruit vinegar made from green Taiwanese plums. The plums are collected from the provincial alpine plum, extracted by a unique method, and made with brown rice produced in Fuli Township, Hualien.

You may drink the plum vinegar by diluting it in warm or cold mineral water to drink as a tincture 5 to 7 times a day.
