Wu Mu Pork Ramen Noodles are Taiwanese ramen noodles with pork flavor. Dip into a bowl of pork ramen noodles in a savory broth with a hint of pork flavor. Wu-Mu Pork Ramen noodles are perfectly chewy, perfect for slurping up! Ramen noodles are a favorite quick meal across the globe. Since 1958, they've been a staple food, loved for their delicious taste, and easy preparation, from packet to plate in under 5 minutes. Wu-Mu is a Taiwanese ramen manufacturer who takes pride in their ramen noodles. Unlike their instant noodle competitors, their dry ramen are steamed, instead of fried. They use a special steaming technique, making their products lower in fat compared to other manufacturers. But it's no easy feat! The entire drying process takes 9 hours, but it's worth it for the texture and taste of their delicious Taiwanese ramen noodles.

Add ramen noodles to 550ml boiling water, cooking for 3 minutes. Add seasoning powder and oil, stirring well. Enjoy! We love slurping up this ramen topped, boiled eggs, mung bean sprouts, and scallions.

The name, Wu-Mu, comes from the five working partners who worked to establish the company, as the mandarin character for "Wu" means 5 in English.
