Ming Teh Hot Black Bean Paste is a black bean flavored spicy paste. It is made using specially selected black tempeh and ginger, and the special chili sauce (from selected Taiwanese chilies) is added after sauteing. The taste is spicy hot and mellow. You may use this sauce to enhance your soy sauce, braises, dip, and noodles. Alternatively, you may use it in cooking fried rice, noodles, fried chicken, dried shreds, pork ribs, etc. Ming Teh Food company has been around for more than sixty years. Starting off with the famous Okayama Douban Sauce, it has successfully developed a variety of seasoning sauces and side dishes, and further refined their fermentation and pickling technology. The factory is located beside the beautiful Dagang Mountain and their vast brewing and drying fields are blessed by the strong sun in southern Taiwan. They are now best known for their doubanjians, fermented bean pastes, broad bean pastes, and other condiments.
