Ming Teh Chili Sauce with Garlic is a runny sauce made from fresh garlic and chilies. This chili sauce is fragrant with the aroma of chilies and the striking taste of garlic. You can see the garlic cloves in the sauce! You may use this sauce in sauces, braises, dips, noodles, fried rice, lamb, stir-fried (chicken, pork) or the like. Ming Teh Food company has been around for more than sixty years. Starting off with the famous Okayama Douban Sauce, it has successfully developed a variety of seasoning sauces and side dishes, and further refined their fermentation and pickling technology. The factory is located beside the beautiful Dagang Mountain and their vast brewing and drying fields are blessed by the strong sun in southern Taiwan. They are now best known for their doubanjians, fermented bean pastes, broad bean pastes, and other condiments.
