Le Rose is a rose shaped colorful organic pasta. A cousin to Cuoricini, these lovely roses will expand greatly, and taste like a dumpling or ravioli in your mouth. A versatile shape, they will go with most sauces. Pretty with Pesto by Perla, and won't mask the colors.
This organic, artisan pasta is famous for specially selected, pure wheat blends sourced exclusively in Italy (Altamura and Tavoliere d'Italia). Unlike industrial pastas, many of Marella's cuts are handcrafted using traditional methods. The dough is extruded through bronze dies and then air dried at 37 degrees Celsius for 2-3 days. The result is a fragrant, flavorful pasta which expands when cooked, maintains its beautiful shape, and is ideal for holding sauce.
