Minced ginger in water is made from quality ginger. Ginger in water is a perfect replacement for fresh ginger in marinating, stir-frying, and steaming with ginger being used throughout a number of Chinese cuisines for its zest, warmth, and pungent flavor.Use minced ginger in water to make minced chicken with garlic Hoisin mustard sauce:
1. Stir-fry minced chicken leg meat till golden brown and filter juice.
2. Add oil to the heated pot, stir-fry minced ginger, minced Garlic and chopped onion, then stir-fry with chopped bamboo shoot and stir-fried minced chicken leg meat until sauce evaporates; then put in all the seasoning to stir-fry until evenly coated with sauce.
