A L'Olivier combines almost 200 years of crafting experience with a regard for high quality ingredients and flavors. The rich flavor of Passion Fruit is now easily accessible with this vinegar. Use it in place of lemon juice when seasoning fish or to deglaze sauteed seafood. It also makes an excellent marinade for scallops and other shellfish.

  • Ingredients: Alcohol vinegar 43%, passion fruit puree 40% (passion fruit pulp 90%, sugar 10%), granulated sugar, thickening apple pectin.
