Cremini are square chocolates with a soft consistency that comes from the alternation of layers of hazelnut gianduja with almond paste. While classic Cremino recipe involves the use of white and milk chocolate, in the Fondant Cremino, the two outer layers are 75% dark chocolate, while the sweeter central layer is almond paste with 56% dark chocolate. Each piece weighs about 11 grams.
