Manchurian Sauce is a sweet, tangy and spicy sauce that originates from the Indo-Chinese cuisine of India. It can be used to coat fritters, fried foods, and cauliflour! Now conveniently created in a mix from ChingÕs Secret, all you need to do is add a few ingredients and enjoy the tastes of foods such as Gobi Manchurian or Manchurian chicken or shrimp in the comfort of your own home! Indian Chinese cuisine, also called Sino-Indian Cuisine or Chindian Cuisine (Desi Chinese Food) was believed to have been developed by a small Chinese community that resided in Kolkata. Ingredients: 1 pack ChingÕs Secret Manchurian Sauce Mix, 2 cups grated cabbage, 1tsp chopped ginger, 1tsp chopped green chili, _ cup besan (gram flour), salt to taste, 450mL (3 cups) water, 1 cup (100g) of diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot), oil to deep fry, chopped spring onion greens for garnishing.
Manchurian balls
1. Squeeze water from grated cabbage
2. In a bowl, mix cabbage, ginger, green chilli, besan, and salt to taste
3. Make small balls and fry on low flame until golden brown. Keep aside
Vegetable Manchurian
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on high flame,add vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes
2. add entire pack of chingÕs secret Manchurian sauce mix to 450 mL (3 cups) of water and mix well
3. Add fried Manchurian balls and sauce mixture to wok and stir well
4. Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes
5. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot

Fish Manchurian
Ingredients: 1 pack ChingÕs secret Manchurian sauce mix, 200 g boneless fish cubed, 3-4 tbsp corn flour, 1 medium onion cubed, 1 medium capsicum cubed, 450 mL (3 cups) water, oil to deep fry, spring onion greens chopped for garnishing.
1. coat fish cubes with cornflour, deep fry and keep aside 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on high flame and add the vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. 3.
