Paneer Chili Sauce is a popular Desi-Indian appetizer and pairing that features paneer (cheese) cubes sauteed in a fresh chili sauce. It can be prepared in both wet and dry formats, in either a dry spice mix or a curry! It is simultaneously smoky, spicy, and savory, and a staple of Indian Chinese food! You can use Ching's Secret Paneer Chili Sauce to make Paneer chili, or even as a base for a delicious chili chicken! Indian Chinese cuisine, also called Sino-Indian Cuisine or Chindian Cuisine (Desi Chinese Food) was believed to have been developed by a small Chinese community that resided in Kolkata. The fusion of cultures yielded in an astoundingly delicious taste, and went on to become popular all over India!

Paneer Chili Cooking Instructions
Ingredients: 1 pack Ching's Secret paneer chili sauce mix, 200g cubed paneer, 1 capsicum diced, 1 onion diced, 3 tbsp corn flour, 1 carrot sliced, 450 mL (3 cups) water, oil to deep fry, chopped spring onion greens for garnishing
1.Coat cubed paneer in corn flour, deep fry and keep aside.

2.Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok on high flame, add the vegetables and stir fry for 1 min

3. Add entire pack of Ching's secret paneer chili sauce mix to 450 ml (3 cups) water and mix well.

4. Add fried paneer and sauce mixture to wok and stir well

5. Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes.

6. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.

Chilli Chicken
Ingredients: 1 pack Ching's secret paneer chili sauce mix, 200g boneless chicken diced, 1 capsicum diced, 1 onion diced, 2 red chillies chopped, 1 egg (beaten), 450 ml (3 cups) water, oil to deep fry, chopped spring onion greens for garnishing.

1. Mix 1 beaten egg with diced chicken. Deep fry the chicken and keep aside.

2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok (frying pan) on high flame, add the vegetable and stir fry for 1 min.

3. Add entire pack of Ching's secret paneer chilli sauce mix to 450 ml (3 cups of water and mix well.

4. Add fried chicken and sauce mixture to wok and stir well.

5. Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 min. 6. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.
