Ching's Secret vegetable manchurian masala is an Indian seasoning mix of traditional Indian and Chinese spices that makes cooking one's own vegetable manchurian at home easy and effortless. Containing a mix of spices like garlic, cumin, green chilli, onion and white pepper Ching's masala seasoning offers any home cook a strong base that can be used to create dishes sure to impress in 3 simple steps. Used extensively in Indian and Desi Chinese, or Indo Chinese, cuisine since its creation by the Chinese community found in Kolkata, masala has become popular throughout Southern Asia in both masala dishes and curry.Use this seasoning mix to make delicious vegetable manchurian and to season curries.

To make vegetable manchurian:
1. Add 2 tsp of Ching's Secret vegetable manchurian masala to 1 cup of water and mix well.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir fry 1 cup of diced vegetables for 2-3 min. before adding manchurian balls.
3. Add masala mixture and stir well. Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 min. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 min.
