Ching's Secret chicken chilli masala is an Indian seasoning mix of traditional Indian and Chinese spices that makes cooking chicken chilli masala at home easy and effortless. Containing a mix of spices like ginger, cumin, garlic, onion and white pepper Ching's masala seasoning offers any home cook a strong base that can be used to create dishes sure to impress in 4 simple steps. Used extensively in Indian and Desi Chinese, or Indo Chinese, cuisine since its creation by the Chinese community found in Kolkata masala has become popular throughout Southern Asia in both masala dishes and curry.Use the masala seasoning mix to make delicious masalas and to flavor curries.

To make Chicken chilli masala:
1. Mix 5.3 oz. of boneless cubed chicken with 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp corn flour, 3 tbsp water and salt to taste. Deep fry till golden brown and keep aside.
2. Add 2 tsp of Ching's Secret Chilli Masala to 1 cup water and mix well.
3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and stir fry 1 cup of diced vegetables with the chicken for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add masala mixture and stir well. Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes.
