French Crepes with Chocolate & Strawberries
France's Crepes are known throughout the world as being the ultimate treat. Delicately thin French pancakes cooked to perfection and rolled with drool-worthy fillings. Try your hand at making some wonderfully authentic French Crepes while using Probios Hazelnut Cocoa Spread!
Serves: 4 (5 crepes each)
2 Bags Francine Crepe Mix
1 Qt. milk
2 Teaspoons sunflower oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine Francine Crepe Mix, milk and sunflower oil. 2. Grease a large non-stick pan with butter over a medium-high heat. Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into the pan, spreading a paper thin amount in the pan.
3. Flip the crêpe when it starts to bubble. When the other side is cooked, remove the crêpe.
4. Slather Probios Hazelnut Cocoa Spread on the crepes, while still warm and add sliced strawberries. Drizzle some more spread on top and garnish with more sliced strawberries and serve!
