Crab Salad Sandwich with Brioche Pasquier Pain au Lait

Crab Salad Sandwich

Looking for an easy and quick but totally delicious lunch idea? Try this creamy crab salad sandwich using Brioche Pasquier Pain au Lait. These Pain au Lait's make for the perfect sandwiches! 

 

Ingredients: 

4 Brioche Pasquier Pain au Lait

1½ C Crab meat

1/4 C Mayo

1C Celery, chopped 

1T Onion, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Combine crab, celery and onion in a bowl with the mayo. Mix until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. 
  2. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 
  3. When ready, slice Brioche Pasquier Pain au Lait. Toast if desired (we like eating them as is!).
  4. Add lettuce, tomato or any other sandwich accouterments you prefer and scoop crab salad. 
  5. Enjoy!
