Who doesn't love the delicious taste of an authentic French crepe? This recipe is a quick and easy way to delight your family and friends. The combination of orange and chocolate is a classic crowd pleaser! Try serving these as a dessert or at brunch!
Serves:4
Ingredients:
2 Oranges divided into segments
1 Cup chocolate sauce
Small bunch of fresh mint
Directions:
  1. Heat crepes in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  2. Lay one crepe open on each plate.
  3. Top with orange slices and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
  4. Fold crepes into fourths.
  5. Drizzle more chocolate sauce on top and scatter with mint leaves.
