Braised Chicken with Chile & Plum Sauce

8 Chopped skinless chicken thighs
Fischer & Wieser Chile & Plum Braising Sauce (add as much or as little as you'd like, we recommend 2 cups for this recipe)
1/2 Yellow onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Brown rice, as an optional side
- Heat up pan with cooking oil of your choice. Once hot, add the onion and sauté for a few minutes, just until onions are translucent.
- Once onions are ready, add chicken thighs and cook for 2 minutes on high heat, seasoning as you deem fit.
- Add Chile & Plum Braising Sauce and simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
- When chicken is fully cooked, scoop chicken onto a delicious bed of rice for a delicious meal!
