White Truffle Macaroni and Cheese

INGREDIENTS

 DIRECTIONS

  • Cook macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan and add enough flour to make a roux. Add milk to roux slowly, stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses and add 1 can of Urbani White Truffles and Porcini sauce. Stir well and season with salt and pepper. 
  • Add reserved macaroni and parsley (optional) into sauce. Stir well. 
  • Pour pasta into greased baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
